        CDC six V3.11 Console Software

        Features:

Highlighted features found in the CDC six Console Software V3.11 include:

        1. Custom Fader Layers or CLF. The current implementation allows the engineer to create a user definable layer, or group, of any mixture of inputs, busses, VCAs and Monitor faders, which can then be accessed by the faders on the right hand bank. Each CFL can be named and colour coded. Members of the CFL are selected by dragging and dropping from the relevant input, bus etc. page on the large 23.5” screen. Access to the CFL is done via the 6.5” system control screen, and the CFL display can be viewed and edited on the screen by assigning it to one of the hardware user assignable buttons.
        2. Enhanced granularity of the channel copy and paste functions
        3. Increased granularity of channel of ISO function
        4. User library for EQ, Effects and Dynamics settings
        5. Input and output patching enhancements
        6. Direct outs with additional options
        7. Pan control added in Monitor Mode when bus sends are flipped to faders and sent to a stereo bus
        8. Mix Focus User options have been added. This allows up to 4 different combinations of how input channels which are relevant to the selected bus are presented to the user. These are as follows (yellow represents the pressed button):

        Issues:

        Known issues with V3.11:

        1. There are display sync issues when changing bus and channel types between cues. Occasionally faders are out of sync, by one, with GUI on the screen after a mono / stereo channel mode change. The issue occurs when more than one channel is changed from mono to stereo, or stereo to mono, in a single cue. This display issue can be temporarily resolved by scrolling the touch screen, or implementing a layer change, to re-sync the fader with GUI on the screen. (This issue will be fixed in the next software release.)

        Note:

There are also firmware upgrades within this software release please contact your local distributor who will arrange to install the firmware updates for you. Your console will however run V3.11 without the firmware upgrades.
