    Released: 27-04-2017

    CDC eight V4.00 Console Software

    New or Enhanced Features

    1. Custom or "sticky" layers on the main screen/screens. This allows users to create custom layers with any combination of inputs, outputs or VCA’s on the main 16 channel fader bank. They can start at channel 1 or ending at channel 16, this as an option for each individual layer. On the CDC seven and CDC eight there an option to use both screens, so two custom layers can be deployed at the same time. Any remaining "unstuck" channel strips will operate as normal either via swipe or via the layer buttons.
    2. VCA’s will also unfold if pressed from the custom layer.
    3. Custom layers can be deployed onto the user assign buttons for fast access.
    4. Custom layers are still available on the 4 channel master section.
    5. There is also a lock feature for the console.
    6. There is metering on each bus output within the monitor mode.
    7. Access to GEQ from Monitor Follow Mode with a single button press.
    8. An extra 6 busses available if LCR is not required. This option is accessed at boot-up.
    9. Cross-Fade added to cue events.
